The apartment
Our condo is located on the 4th floor, has 110m²/1188 sq.ft, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. It is suitable for up to 6 people, but we recommend a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
A highlight is the large lanai, which only a few of the condos at Kamaole Sands have. Since it is a corner unit, there is an extra window in the living room. That means more light, but, as it is located on the northwest side, not more heat.
Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resorts in Kihei. It has a pool, tennis courts, gym, BBQ and spectacular gardens. Directly opposite are the beautiful beaches Kamaole I, II and III, which are ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
Several nice restaurants and small shops are within walking distance, and you can walk the beach all the way up to the luxury hotels of Wailea.

Most of the kitchen appliances, the furniture in the master bedroom, the living room furniture, the floor in the living room, all the bedding, the towels, most of the dishes and the rest of the equipment have been renewed in March 2019!
